Accessibility Statement

All Seasons HVAC is committed to making this website usable for everyone. Learn about our ongoing accessibility efforts — and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.

Effective June 19, 2026 · Last reviewed June 19, 2026

All Seasons HVAC is committed to digital accessibility. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information about heating and cooling services, and we work so that people of all abilities can navigate our website, learn about what we offer, and contact our Des Moines, IA team with ease. Making this site usable for everyone — including people who rely on assistive technology — is an ongoing priority, not a one-time project.

Our Commitment

Striving toward WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our roadmap. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we also reference the more recent WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria as we make improvements. These internationally recognized standards help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Accessibility and inclusion are part of how we serve our community. Whether you are using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, relying on captions, adjusting text size, or using voice control, our goal is for you to have a comfortable and equivalent experience on this website.

We are continually working to improve accessibility and to apply these standards across our site. Because our website and its content change over time, and because some technologies and third-party tools are outside our direct control, we do not claim that the site is fully accessible or in complete conformance with every guideline at all times. Instead, we are committed to good-faith, ongoing efforts and continual improvement, and to promptly addressing accessibility issues that are brought to our attention.

How We Build

Measures we take to support accessibility

Some of the specific steps we take to make this website easier to use for everyone, on any device.

Semantic, structured HTML

We build pages with semantic HTML and meaningful headings, landmarks, and labels, so the structure is clear to screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Keyboard operability

Menus, links, buttons, and forms are designed to be reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus styles so you can always see where you are.

Descriptive alt text

Informative images include descriptive alternative text, while purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology to keep navigation uncluttered.

Sufficient color contrast

We aim for text and meaningful interface elements to meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios against their backgrounds so content stays comfortable to read.

Resizable, responsive text

Pages are responsive and text reflows cleanly when you resize your window or zoom your browser, across phones, tablets, and desktops.

ARIA where appropriate

Where standard HTML is not enough, we use ARIA roles and attributes appropriately to convey the purpose and state of interactive components.

We also review accessibility as part of our ongoing site maintenance — combining automated checks with manual testing of key tasks like browsing services and submitting a contact request — and we work to raise accessibility awareness among the team members and partners who build and update this site. As we add new pages and features, we aim to apply these same practices.

Standards and Scope

The ADA and our approach

We are aware that Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and related guidance, is widely understood to apply to the websites of businesses that serve the public. We take that responsibility seriously, and we have chosen WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the benchmark we work toward in our good-faith effort to make this site accessible to everyone.

Third-party content and tools

Some features on this site rely on third-party services that we do not fully control — for example, embedded Google Maps, online forms, review widgets, financing links, and similar tools. We choose reputable providers and encourage them to maintain accessible products, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or functionality they supply. If a third-party feature prevents you from getting information or completing a task, please contact us and we will provide that information or assistance to you through an accessible alternative.
